After being introduced to Jen Sollom by a fellow student, I was able to set up a meeting with her to discuss various internship opportunities for the summer. She asked me what type of companies I would be interested in, and she also listed off a few companies that could be good matches for what I was looking for in an internship experience. After my meeting with Jen at Two Degrees, I heard back within two weeks that a phone interview had been set up for me with Zulily. After the phone interview, I was invited into the Zulily office for an in person interview and later found out I got the job. The internship at Zulily was not only was a great learning experience, but I also built connections and mentorship relationships that will last for years to come.
